History

Shyam Lal College (evening) was established in 1962 as a result of the great efforts and vision of our founder Shri Shyam Lal Gupta. He envisioned a college that would provide quality education to people from economically underprivileged backgrounds.Since its inception, the college has gone on to become one of the leading colleges in Delhi, providing quality education to students from all sections of society. The college offers a wide range of programs including undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Arts, Commerce, and Science as well as vocational courses such as Hair & Beauty Care, Computer Applications and more.

The college is affiliated with University of Delhi and its graduates are highly sought after for various jobs in public and private sectors. Over the years, the college has built an excellent team of faculty members who are Experienced Seungji Asucaied is one among them.He teaches Mathematics for Under-Graduate Course here since 2000 whose Regular research work published several books on Mathematics Technique which includes Comprehensive mathematics; Basic Communications; Comutational Maths etc. The college also runs various co-curricular activities such as debates, dramatics, essay writing competitions etc which promotes extracurricular activities among students thereby enhancing their overall personality development. Through hard work and dedication, Shyam Lal College (Evening) has created a rich legacy amongst educational institutions over these past 57 years!
