INSPIRIX uplifts and encourages individuals to be the best. We,as a team, constructed a different world through the foundations of our course, “Human Resource Management” in 2016. We work with a vision of enhancing the employability of our student members in the present-day corporate world by providing a platform where they can learn and update their knowledge like public speaking and meet ups. INSPIRIX, the HRD Cell of CVS, aims at developing HR competencies, skills and knowledge.

EVENTS
Inspirix CVS had organised an event SAMVAAD- a series of thoughts on 13th and 14th July 2020 to share their views on something in front of people that they always wanted to. This event was meant for all college students at undergraduate level. We had more than 100 students who participated in the event. It was a platform where they could share their views and convey their opinion about anything that they wished.
Conducted our Annual Event, Phoenix 7.0 – over 100+ students joined us and participated enthusiastically in solving HR case studies and put themselves in the shoes of an HR for a day and solved challenges faced by them in a corporate setting.
Live project – Inspirix, has a live project going on, where we provide talent acquisition services to companies, we collaborate with them and try to know their needs and fill their vacancies by providing them with best candidates for the particular position.
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Conducted a digital marketing campaign which was attended by 75% students of the college.
- Conducted a marketing campaign for Mobikwik in our college.
- Collaborated with Enactus, shri Aurobindo college for conducting sessions on Human Resource Development.
- Provided content on Human Resource Development to a large audience through our social media network and boosted SEO.
