DU CES Programme 2024: Application Starts From June 10th

Applications for DU CES Programme 2024-25 has begun with courses available for semesters I, III, and V. Register yourself now!

The University of Delhi has officially begun applications for its Competence Enhancement Scheme (CES) for the academic year 2024–25. The courses are available for semesters I, III, and V, slated to run from July to December 2024. Starting June 10, interested and qualified persons can register for the DU CES Programme through the official CES website.

The Institute of Lifelong Learning, Delhi University has launched the CES initiative for various professional courses in DU. This program is designed to offer educational opportunities to individuals of all ages. This initiative allows participants to enrol in regular university courses alongside traditional students. The main goal of this program is to promote knowledge across various age groups belonging to various backgrounds.

It can initiate to make higher education more accessible and inclusive. Interested candidates meeting the eligibility requirements and any specific prerequisites for their chosen courses can register for the program. This initiative is part of ILLL’s commitment to fostering continuous learning and personal growth for everyone. Regardless of their age or previous educational background, it wants to teach them.

For the 2023-24 academic year, the CES programmes require a non-refundable application cost of ₹100 for submitting an online application. In addition to this, there is a non-refundable admission fee of ₹10,000 for candidates applying online to the CES Programs.

The DU CES Programme places a limit on the number of seats available. It guarantees that no more than 10% of the total enrollment in a class or six seats for each course, whichever is lower, can be distributed under this method. In addition, as stated in the official course rules, students may enrol for up to two papers or eight credits in the same discipline per semester.

According to the official course brochure for CES 2024–25, candidates must pay a fee of Rs 6,000 per paper to enrol in a course. Candidates can register for up to two papers or eight credits per semester within the same discipline.

Candidates can visit admission.uod.ac.in, ces.du.ac.in, or illl.du.ac.in for more detailed information, which includes the list of available papers offered by various departments and colleges, eligibility criteria, registration procedures, and the entire fee structure.

Conclusion

Beginning on June 10, 2024, the University of Delhi will accept applications for its Competence Enhancement Scheme for the 2024–25 academic year.

Through this programme, which the Institute of Lifelong Learning administers, people of all ages can enrol in regular university courses with traditional students and receive educational possibilities. The CES seeks to increase inclusivity and accessibility in higher education.
