College academic session exam season for DU students is almost here, which means the xerox copy devices are now being conquered, the students are privileged by their friends and classmates for completing notes, and efforts to complete a whole semester’s subjects in just a few weeks attempted out.

To manage stress during exams in Delhi university, create a schedule to keep track of deadlines.  Try to set aside enough time for hobbies as well. Exercise attempting to write as you revise a topic. It would be a realistic exam replica. Make a revision plan and meet the deadlines.  You’ll feel accomplished as a result, & your self belief will increase.

To avoid becoming frustrated or discouraged since reassessing, switch up the topics and difficulty levels.  Set realistic goals for how much you can accomplish in the allotted time.

Spend more time on reading as you do to remember specifically. Write test-style responses like you would be writing practice tests. It will make it easier for you to recall the crucial information while answering each paper.

Developing the habit of being much more vigilant at the time of the exam is more essential to manage stress during exams in Delhi university than whatever you learn early in the morning or late at night. Try to complete a job an hour before going 5bed.  Mindfulness meditation, that is especially successful in reducing anxiety, will be useful to you.

Limit your intake of coffee, tea, and carbonated beverages. Coffee will keep you up and impair your clarity of mind.

Grades are very important, but they don’t represent your intellectual ability or achievement. Strive diligently, but avoid basing your entire existence on grades. The goal of this exercise is to evaluate your motivation, commitment to your job, skills, and dedication.
