The National Testing Agency has made the decision to extend the CUET UG 2024 registration deadline. Now, aspiring candidates will have until March 31, 9:50 pm, to complete their applications for this crucial entrance exam. This improvement is a result of several requests from candidates and other interested parties, demonstrating how crucial it is to take into account their demands while developing the application procedure.

UGC chairman Jagadesh Kumar announced this development, urging candidates to take advantage of the extended timeframe. The NTA hopes to make sure that all qualified applicants have plenty of time to take the entrance exam by extending the deadline for online application form submission. The examination will cover a wide array of languages, totalling 13 in all. Across these languages, there will be a comprehensive scope of subjects, amounting to 61 in total. These subjects will span 33 different languages, 27 specialised subjects, and one general test. To accommodate different preferences and needs, the examination will be conducted in dual mode, offering both traditional pen-and-paper as well as modern computer-based exams.
