As highlighted by the Indian Express, the University of Delhi commenced further procedures for undergraduate admissions 2023 on Monday (24th July 2023), and it is going to announce its first allocation list on the 2nd of August at 5 p.m. The whole DU seat allocation 2023 will be based on the CUET scores of candidates.

Correction Window – DU CSAS Portal
Also, the correction window which is relevant only for the already registered candidates will be opening on the 26th of July (10 am) and will remain open till the 28th of July, (4:59 pm).
The correction window is basically meant for any mistake made earlier and candidates can easily edit or modify certain fields, depending on already paid registration fees.
Once the correction thing is done candidates will be required to submit their final application by clicking on the “Submit and lock button”.
And even if you somehow miss this step of submitting your final application by clicking on the lock button by 28 July at 4:59 pm, your latest entered details will freeze and will be considered for further lists.
Payment of Fees – DU Seat Allocation List
Regarding the payment of fees against the first allocation list, there is ample time given to the candidates from 2nd July to 10th of July at 4:59 pm. The upgradation window will remain open from 5 pm on 11 August to 5 pm on 12 August.
It is said that a total of 3 such allocation lists will be released and in the end a special allocation list. The second list is expected to be launched on August 14, 5 pm and the fee payment time for this one is till 20th August. Also regarding the upgradation window, it will remain open from 21 August to 22 August.
After this a third allocation list will also come on 23rd August and the last date for the payment of its corresponding fees is 27th of August.
This is the last fixed round, after this a spot round will be coming only if any seats are left. Also, it has been announced that for the Btech course, classes will begin on the 16th of August.
How to Check DU Seat Allocation List 2023?
For seat allocation at Delhi University basically, your Cuet score is considered and for the allotment process, the whole of the allocation work will be done using the CSAS portal (Common Seat Allocation System).
